Ordering
Do I need a prescription?
No. Farma Online sells over-the-counter (OTC) products only. If a medicine needs a prescription, we don’t stock it and won’t list it.
Is there a limit on how much I can buy?
Yes, for some medicines. Painkillers containing paracetamol/acetaminophen or ibuprofen are capped per order in line with pharmacy guidance. The product page shows the limit and the cart will stop you going over it.
Can I order for someone else?
You can, as long as the product is suitable for them. If you are unsure, add a note at checkout and a pharmacist will call before dispatch.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
US orders placed before 3pm Pacific ship the same day and arrive in 2–4 working days. EU orders ship from Amsterdam in 3–6 working days.
How much does delivery cost?
Standard delivery is $5.90 (US) or €5.90 (EU), and free on orders over $49 / €49. Express options appear at checkout.
Is packaging discreet?
Yes. Every parcel is a plain box with no product names on the outside.
Returns and safety
Can I return a medicine?
Unopened, sealed items can be returned within 30 days. For safety reasons we can’t resell opened medicines, so those are non-returnable unless faulty.
A product I ordered has been recalled. What do I do?
Stop using it and contact us. We email every customer who bought an affected batch and refund or replace it.
Where do you source your products?
From licensed pharmaceutical wholesalers in the US and EU only. We never buy from marketplaces or unverified suppliers.
