Orders placed before 3pm local time (Pacific for US, CET for EU) are dispatched the same working day. You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel leaves us.
Returns
You can return unopened, sealed products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened medicines cannot be returned for safety reasons unless they are faulty or were sent in error.
- Log in to your account and open the order.
- Choose “Request a return” and tell us which items.
- Print the prepaid label we email you and drop the parcel at any carrier point.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of the parcel reaching us.
Damaged or wrong items
Email a photo to care@farmaonline.com within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll send a replacement straight away — no need to return the damaged item.
