Farma Online LLC (“we”, “us”) operates farmaonline.com. Our pharmacy registration details are printed on every invoice.
2. Products
We sell over-the-counter medicines and health products only. Product information on the site is provided for guidance and does not replace the advice of your doctor or pharmacist. Always read the label.
3. Orders
An order is accepted when we send a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or limit an order where a pharmacist considers it unsafe, or where quantity limits apply.
4. Prices and payment
Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken at checkout via Stripe or PayPal.
5. Delivery and returns

6. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon for US customers and by Dutch law for EU customers.
